Booking terms

When booking by phone or email, a booking fee of SEK 100 applies and is not refunded in case of cancellation.

If you book online, no booking fee is charged. Cancellation is free up to 3 days before arrival for a camping pitch or tent pitch, and up to 7 days before arrival for a cabin.

Payment

The booking must be paid at the time of booking by card or Swish.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in for camping pitches is from 12:00
• Check-in for cabins is at 14:00
• Check-out is no later than 12:00

Cancellation rules for camping pitches and tent pitches without cancellation protection

Note! For Midsummer, the same cancellation rules apply as for cabins, meaning free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Early and late season have different cancellation rules, which are provided at the time of booking.

• If the pitch is cancelled in full or in part no later than 12:00, 3 days or more before arrival, 100% is refunded.
• If the pitch is cancelled in full or in part no later than 12:00, 2 days before arrival, 50% is refunded.
• If the pitch is cancelled the day before arrival, on the day of arrival, or if an ongoing stay is interrupted, nothing is refunded.

Cancellation rules for cabins without cancellation protection

• If the cabin is cancelled in full or in part no later than 12:00, 7 days or more before arrival, 100% is refunded.
• If the cabin is cancelled in full or in part no later than 12:00, 6-2 days before arrival, 50% is refunded.
• If the cabin is cancelled the day before arrival, on the day of arrival, or if an ongoing stay is interrupted, nothing is refunded.

Refund rules in case of cancellation

At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation protection for SEK 195, which applies according to the terms below.

Note! You need to register the names of all fellow travellers for the protection to cover them as well.

The cancellation protection means that you can cancel up to 12:00 on the day of arrival.

Valid reasons for using cancellation protection

• Death, illness, or a serious accident affecting you, your spouse or partner, your or your partner's children, siblings, or a fellow traveller.
• Another serious event outside your control, for example a major fire or water damage in your home, making it unreasonable to require you to stand by your booking.
• Call-up to military or civil defence service.

You must be able to document the impediment with a certificate from a doctor, authority, or insurance company. The certificate must reach us no later than 30 days after the cancellation date.

In case of cancellation, the cost of the purchased cancellation protection and any booking fee is not refunded, regardless of whether the cancellation is made well before arrival. The cancellation protection applies per booked unit.

Without cancellation protection, no refund is made for amounts already paid outside the normal booking terms, regardless of the reason.
