Booking rules

When booking by phone or email, a booking fee of SEK 100 applies. It is not refunded in case of cancellation. For online bookings, no fee is charged if the cancellation is made no later than 3 days before arrival.

Cancellation

The easiest way to cancel is via info@husbilstockholm.se. The time your email is received applies.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 12:00 on the day of arrival.
• Check-out no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation rules without cancellation protection

• Cancellation no later than 12:00 three days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation no later than 12:00 two days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation the day before arrival, on the day of arrival, or interruption of the stay: no refund.

Refund rules with cancellation protection

Cancellation protection can be purchased when booking for SEK 195. The names of all fellow travellers must be registered. With the protection, you can cancel up to 12:00 on the day of arrival if one of the following occurs:

• Death, illness, or a serious accident affecting you, your spouse or partner, children, siblings, or a fellow traveller.
• Another serious event outside your control, for example a major fire or water damage in your home, that makes it unreasonable to expect you to complete the booking.
• Call-up to military or civil defence service.

You must document the impediment with a certificate from a doctor, authority, or insurance company no later than 30 days after the cancellation. The fee for cancellation protection and any booking fee are not refunded. The protection applies per booked unit.

Area-specific information

Långholmen

Address: Skutskepparvägen, 117 33 Stockholm. Pitch numbers are assigned at check-in in the reception. Reception opening hours: 08:00-20:30 every day (may be shorter in May and September; we will notify you if affected).

Tantolunden

There is no reception on site. The code for the gate and service building is sent by email with the booking information. Choose any available pitch 1-14 (an adapter is required for electricity). Motorhomes close to 9 m: drive past the entrance, turn around, and drive in through the gate because the entrance is narrow. Address: Ringvägen 24, Stockholm.

Älvsjö

Located about 10 minutes by car outside central Stockholm, behind Stockholmsmässan. Walking distance to commuter rail (about 9 minutes to the city centre). Address: Parkeringsvägen, Älvsjö. Reception opening hours: 08:00-20:00 every day during the season.

Important information

Motorhomes longer than the booked pitch may be turned away. The cancellation rules apply in that case as well.
